Radko Marcin aka DJ E.X.O, was born on 1st of June 1988 in Bardejov in Slovakia. He begans with creation, production and mixing of music as 13-years old in year 2001. In spite of growing up in suburb area in East Slovakia, where are typically mostly other genres, like hip-hop or punk, he was always interested in dance music.
In the age of 6, like the others, he had his dream, too: He wanted to be a DJ. He was interested in mixing and crossfading songs. In the year 2001 began R. M. composing music on amateur programmes, but it didn’t took much time, to change to professional programmes. In a small timeframe he had also get to usage of „live“ instruments and mixing panels and he started to cooperate with groups of various genres.
Development of production of DJ EXO is connected to DJ Yoghi’s production. It started with bartering of samples and synths, cooperation so in year 2005 they started project Nuclear DJ Team. They have also some discos which they were responisble for, together, but they still focus on music creation. With music presentation both starts in year 2006. In Dj EXO’s production we can see influence mainly from German and English DJs and groups e.g.: Megara vs. DJ Lee, DJ Shog, 4 Strings, Sven-R-G...
