Iam from north Illinois (Chicago) and create electronic music, many of its sub genres as well.
About me and the music:
Along time ago, about 7 years ago. I began to experiment with music, many different genres. I did not know what music style i really liked at the time. One thing was for sure, i liked very melodic stuff, such as: Classical, Cinematic, Orchestral and so on. I took a few piano lessons when i was younger, so i know at least a taste of what i was working with. All though my musical experience dose not start 7 years ago. It go’s all the way back to when i was 6 or 7. I had a interest in keyboards. I had a very old organ sounding key board. i always would play withought the knowledge of notes, octaves or chords...i just played untill i found a good melody i could work off of and remember. Well enough about my younger years. Ok, so back to about 7 years ago from now. My first musical software was Acid 3.0...yeah i know, acid is not all that grate...but i was just starting out. It was cheap and affordable. So if you know what acid is like, its not very "make your own original music" Its more "Buy loops and arrange them to your liking and call it finished". Well i used that for a while. Then i found to what i still use to this day FL Studio. FL Studio changed the way i looked at producing music...it was like a whole new world. i used the Demo version to see if i would be able to work with the software. Soon after my test and use of FL Studio, I went out and bought my self FL. Iam still not sure what music genre i like to create. but i can tell that i have experience in a few genres such as Trance, Melodic Trance, Industrial and Dance. If you listen to many of my Melodic Trance tracks, you can see that i get my taste from Orchestral’ish/Cinematic melodies i suppose, becasue i do listen to many composers such as Hans Zimmer, John Willams, Steve Jablonsky and many others. My music also reflects my mood and how i feel. I also get my inspiration from nature. nature and scenery brings me warm feelings and i get inspired by its display. Well thats about all about me.
