Even though Tosha was the founder, her mother, Fannye', is the creator. Fannye' passed away in December of 2006, but lived a full life of being a very charismatic, stylish woman with impeccable taste and a love of fine things. Fannye' always wanted to combine her love of fine things with the most imaginable taste. Tosha shares all of her mother's traits when it comes to the love of fashion and she wants to raise this affiinity to new heights and this is why Fannye's Boutique was established.
