About Me

Myspace Layouts - Myspace Editor - Image Hosting

Born in Blackpool, I was dragged off to Wales by my parents to seek an alternative lifestyle in the valleys. There i developed my love for dance music and began to showcase my DJ skills at the legendary Brechfa free parties in the late 90's.At the start of the Millenium a DJ collective called Global Virus was launched on the east coast of Australia, by myself and fellow artists DJ Excell and Mandance. Global Virus returned to the UK to showcase deeply funked house music at venue's such as Po Na Na, Evolution, The Palace, and festivals supporting artists such as Mark EG, and Krafty Kuts. I then became inspired to produce my own dance music in the search of fresh and funky sounds, and have been writing and performing live music ever since, collaborating with artists such as Ben Nippard, under the Nocturnal by Nature label(check out Herm Nocturnal Colab), and Max Detroit, and also live jazz and funk, with artists such as Sebsonic. Most of my earlier tracks were written using Reason (check out Sleazy Knees), but my love for hands on sound manipulation drove me to using hardware such as the Korg Electribe series (check out Tribal Dingbats), which i now centre my live sets on. I still use Logic and Ableton Live in the final mixes.
