Stéphane Agard

At the end of the ‘80s, Stéphane began to play the diatonic harmonica with Laurent Maur and played with different blues rock bands (Ad lib, Zeta Vavav,....). In 1996, he met Olivier Ker Ourio (for whom he has great admiration) and decided to exclusively dedicate himself to the chromatic harmonica. In the following years, he pursued his passion at the conservatory in the 15th district in Paris (under David Patrois) and at Arpej school (under Gilles Grignon) and started to play the piano. At this time he played in different bands (Avant l’orage, Saga quartet, ....). Today he plays, as often as his day job allows (in the energy's industry), with Chargo swing (gipsy jazz) and the pianist Jean Pierre Armanet (duet).
