So right now, my life consists of work/lady friend/goalie/lady friend/school/lady friend/gym..repeat. Throw in some random trips too and a whole lot of testing (written/physical/oral interview/backgrounds/polygraph/medical...knock on wood)*******************************************I love sports...ALL sports. So much that when i have a family of my own, i'm gonna need a wife that can help me make my own little football/baseball/basketball/hockey teams. it'll be tough...but I sure won't mind trying... *******************************************Traveling too. tips for bulkin up

so when ur training and stuff, and u need to bulk up...here's a good meal plan (I tried it): in a 7 hour span, wake up, go to chevy's, split like 7 bowl's of salsa and chips....add half a chicken dill...
