Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're probably right...

About Me

Living in Cleveland, Ohio and standing at just over 5'11" @ 195. Fun seeking, Passionate about life, Non-Smoking, stays fit, rescues cats from trees and loves mom... Hmm, so far so good... ;)

Anyways...I like spending time with a few close friends and what family I have. On the weekends, I'll usually be out hitting local Tremont/Ohio City bars/clubs, or just enjoying some seriously needed downtime shopping at the Westside Market or Trader Joes and cooking a nice meal to enjoy with drinks and a DVD.

My Interests

Just chasin' fun things to do I guess. Hittin' the coasters at the Point sometimes, waking the local metroparks, museums, checking out local events, concerts, people watching. Digging through antique shops...

Two big passions are drag racing (commonly known as breaking something on my car) and playing a bit with my band when we can get together.

I do like working on my houses. It's a nice release working with my hands. I've built and renovated houses, built up and modified drag cars, build computers and lots of stuff in between. So, I guess I'm handy.

I'd like to meet:

I'm happy with life as it's going right now. And although I can get pretty busy, I'm still open to meeting someone cool.

Female-wise... Well, If you like more than normal amounts of drama, have major emotional baggage you haven't addressed, are sexually repressed/withdrawn, or just have "issues" with men, I really just do not have time for that. Life's too short.

Would be nice to meet someone that is emotionally open (big one), easy going, and takes care of themselves. Other than that, everyone has their own magik. ;)

Music:

If it's done well, I'll probably appreciate it. Lotsa stuff pleases me these days.

I do enjoy lots of new euro Metal. As well as stuff like Slayer, Arch Enemy, Symphony X, Brainstorm, Symphorce, Children of Bodom, Exodus, Old Savatage, Bullet for my Valentine, Midnight Syndicate, Nightwish, Pantera, King Diamond, Atreyu, Testament, Old Metallica, Alice in Chains, White Zombie/Rob Zombie, Tool, Type-O Negative, Old Queensryche, etc...

Movies:

Insert drama HERE...

Meet the Fokkers/ Meet the Parents, Something About Mary, and Dumb and Dumber is classic...

Classic horror: Bram Stokers "Dracula" is a fav, Sleepy Hollow, Anne Rice's Frankenstein, Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, The Crow, Interview with a Vampire. I like horror classics that scare you with writing that inspires your imagination.

Pulp Fiction, Departed, Snatch, Scarface, Goodfellows too. Some of the new Grindhouse films are great. Classic O.G. all the way.

Television:

Not much for sports. Basically Discovery, History, Learning Channel, Court TV...

Books:

Mostly stuff that helps me learn about my interests or myself.

Heroes:

Not many these days... But I do look to my son. He's turned out awesome even through growing up alone with me. He's kept me focused and on a straight path.

Of course, every soldier sacrificing everything to serve our country should be all of our heroes.
