History Channel ~ Fox News ~ A&E ~ Discovery ~ Discovery Health ~ PBS ~ HGTV ~ WE ~ Lifetime and once in a while a sitcom just to balance all that educational stuff out. I also like some of that reality TV but most is crap and staged....dahhh!
