Music:
Yeah, I like music just like everybody else ( Hallow , most notably)....
I also tend to like bands from the following labels: Tooth & Nail, SolidState, Flicker Records, Ardent Records, BEC Recordings, the occasional additional, and basically anything produced by Aaron Sprinkle.
Movies:
Remarkable: I have established some favorites!
Books:
My favorite book is absolutely the Bible. I believe it is 100% the Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16), and I do my best to live by His standard everyday. Other than that, I will read anything that I happen to find interesting.
Favorites books include:
Searching for God Knows What and Blue Like Jazz by Donald Miller, The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman, When God Writes Your Love Story by Eric and Leslie Ludy, Hinds' Feet On High Places by Hannah Hurnard, The Ten People You Meet In Heaven by Mitch Albom, Even Now by Karen Kingsbury. I'm a newbie to reading for entertainment, so this list will expand in due time.
Heroes:
The epitome of all heroes is the only human to ever endure the trials and tempests of this world and remain unspotted from its evil: Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior- the perfect, sinless lamb who died for me. Not only did He overcome all of the sin that you and I commit each and every day, Jesus chose to go to hell and return to save our souls from continual, perpetual destruction. He did this for each and every one of us; it just blows my mind!
Other heroes include, but are not limited to: many Bible personalities; my dad & mom; Justin Sheeler; all past, present, and future members of their respective nation's military; SPIDERMAN!; Kari for her amazing nickel salvaging abilities; Ry, the ex-skyhawk wrestler. Y'all rock!
