My name is Jerel Williams -AKA- Rel. I'm 21 years old and I'm from a small spot in VA called Red Oak. I started off with battle raps back in 8th grade just to pass time along with other school mates. In 2004 I was offered a spot on a Hood Documentary DVD titled "Street Addiction" which was used to showcase local talented rappers while also giving people a kinda behind the scene look on street-life.....Shortly after filming my part in the film "Rising Sun" (CEO of Mayhem Family) came to me and my cousin/Durtroad Productions CEO Buck and gave us the opprotunity to colab with him on a track which was also titled "Street Addiction" for his upcoming album and theme song for the DVD. The track turned out to be a huge success thus, giving me and Buck the opprotunity and insight on getting into the underground rap game. Me and Buck then started to sign other artist and jointed our label "Durtroad Productions" with Rising Sun and Ibonics' label "Mayhem Management", thus creating "Mayhem Family Inc." As of now I've just been writing lyrics and trying to prepare myself for Durtroad Productions upcoming album titled; "Still Struggling." The album will feature Mayhem Family artist as well as Durtroad Productions artist. All I can say right now as far as production for the album is; "It will be extravagant!!!" lol....(We're actually still looking for a couple of beats if you're a producer)......But yeah, Rising Sun (CEO of Mayhem Family) is currently the lead actor in a upcoming movie titled Jewslim, which is produced by Eli Harris....Definately be on the lookout for that, you'll definately get to see Mayhem Family artist in the movie as extras, and we'll be doing the soundtrack....lol....Oh yeah Mayhem Management and Durtroad Productions will also be releasing their own documentary titled, "Realities of The Reel" really soon so be on the lookout for that.
