About Me

Right now I am just starting out in the recording industry. It has been my dream since I was young to work in that particular field. And every day that passes, I believe that I am closer to fulfilling that dream. Music has always been my passion as well as my purpose, and I would like to restore some credibility for real music in the industry. I hope to have my own record label up and running very soon, and would like to start looking for talent as soon as possible.
So now, the question that everybody's asking is:"WHO IS CARLITO?"

Real music has no color

The way I see it, there is no "black music" and there is no "white music" (or at least there shouldn't be). Music should be whatever you choose to listen to but at the same time you have to understand...

For the Love of R&B: Bring Back the Love Songs

What happened? Remember when people used to actually be in love with someone?  When the music used to mention it several times throughout the song? Nowadays people refer to love as simply "catchi...

I give up

I give up; I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. It's not only R&B that is flat-lining; hip-hop is on its last breath as well. I've heard too much "party like a rockstar" to make me shoot my...

Theres nothing like live music with real instruments

It's too bad you can't get quality music in quantity anymore. The reason I'm saying this is because today's music has simply become boring. I really hope those "talented folks out there" get their tur...

The entire music industry is in trouble

That's it, I've had enough. I gotta find a way to get into this recording industry and bring some sensibility and reform back to music. The only way I would do that is to start my own label, my own di...

Why are so many people scared of staying married?

I blame the music for today's marital troubles. In a sense, bad music has messed up the world as we know it. You can tell by the message that's in the music today. It seems that the mentality is "why ...
