First born as an idea of charcoal-fueled inventiveness, the appeal of music rivaled that of procreation, so why not imply the two at once? That is, after all, the main subject of Rock and Roll, at least the practicing part anyway. In October of 2005, Nicodemus and Squire decided they had filled in together on random projects for too long, this was time for a commitment. A promise to romance the sounds of their own brains turning, and to allow that urge to erupt out into the world and into the eyes and ears of the unsuspecting recipients. A family, a promise, a desire to do songs the way we like to do them. After a year and a half of brainstorming and vibrating the Lint-cave, along came Bonnie Roo and Bobo, and Fresh Hot Lint was born. A quote from a mainstream movie that was a bit provocative, we've tried to emulate that style. "And what did you do with my FRESH, HOT, LINT?" says Demi. "Baby, I'm afraid I made love to it." Thanks Burt, you're a sicko and we love you. Bonnie Roo left to persue school, marriage, and career, but Squire, Nicodemus, and Bobo have been rockin venues and putting a sick twist on popular songs for 2 years now, and we've just begun. New music and merch on the way, and a new member of the family, bringing a new show to the stage. Prepare for the introduction. If you haven't experienced the Lint, you've been hung out to dry.
