Whitesville Fire ~N~ Rescue

The Whitesville Fire Dept has 42 active members and 7 Jr members. We cover 48.6 square miles of Berkeley county including residential, rural, commercial, and industrial areas. The Whitesville Fire Department Runs out of two stations the Sunview station 1 and the Gants station 2. Out of the Sunview Station witch is located off of 17a on Sunview Ln. we run Ladder 6, Engine 63, and Squad 65 but at this time Squad 65 is out of service. Out of the Gants station witch is located of 17a on Gants Rd we run Squad 66, Brush 68, and Engine 60. The other two vehicles that we run are the Chief truck and Car 6 witch is also the duty officer truck. If you are interested in the Department we meet every Monday and the Sunview station just remember that you must live in the response area .
