About Me

My headline has two meanings. I'm not a fan of the president, that one is obvious. The other is that i am not attracted to girls. Yes, I am a homosexual. If that bothers you, lets talk because I'd like to change your mind. I'm slightly neurotic, which I like to think most of my frinds find adorable and charming. I know nothing about sports and that is were conversations usually end up, save for baseball - about wich I can have a philosophical discussion but not a practical one. Feel free to contact me, i am usually nice.I like to go to the theatre and discuss poliitcs. I'm left leaning. A registered democrat. I'm a civil libertarian and will defend those beliefs with every ounce of my being. My other interests include, but are not limited to: Antiquing, Wine and Cheese, Queer Cinema, Reading, Volunteer Work, and Scented Bath Soaps.I split my time between Washington, DC and Los Angeles. I went to school and now work in DC but am from and frequently visit LA. If LA had DC's buildings and public transportation system, LA would be perfect. If DC had LA's weather and hollywood, DC would be perfect. I read recently that living in Hollywood is living film noir. I couldn't agree more. And being in Washington, DC is capraesque. I'd like to meet:

For a while I said, "That cute guy who came to my theatre..." but he never found me. So, i guess I'm open to meeting just about anyone.I'm a romantic...I feel the first date should be to something exciting (by my standards)...the monuments, a museum or Arlington Cemetery. I don't do clubs...if you ask chances are I'll say no. I don't dance and every time I end up at a club I am forced onto the dance floor, feel humiliated and don't want to leave my apartment for days. However I do like bars. And to be perfectly honest I don't like dating. But I'll do it. Any applicants should enjoy wine and cheese, walks, and occasional political discussion.I like conversations, I'm not looking for a random hook-up. I'm not at all interested in random sex.
