Raised in Chicago Illinois, JVB has had many different aspects of musical training and influences that reflect his edgy musical style. JVB began playing the piano at the age of 7 and had a fondness for tape recorders and studio equipment. Coming from a gifted family of singers and pianists, his early extraordinary talent was no surprise. His musical talents took him to various accomplishments including All American Music Festival piano awards and touring positions with various recording artists. After graduating from high school in 2001, JVB continued his music education at Jackson State University and South Suburban Community College and then took his expertise to the Marine Corps Band in 2002. Since then, JVB has continued playing the piano and drums and writing different genres of music. JVB is currently a producer, writer, and piano player for Destiny Musik Group. The music player featuring tracks written and produced by JVB, and video clips featuring his extraordinary piano skills is just a MILD taste of his God given talent. JVB is an accomplished pianist and writer/producer in his own right, and at 24 years old, is looking forward to taking the world by storm!! Get ready!!!
