TORCA - progressive & experimental rock band from Monterrey México that start making music during 2000 as a project, but after the great acceptance from people, begin to perform professionally with concerts throughout Monterrey, Ciudad Victoria and Guadalajara, in stages like Café Iguana, Macro Plaza, Pool Zone Sports & Rock Bar, La Tumba, El Sitio, Hard Rock Cafe. After a year released an eponymous CD distributed internationally by Asenath Records -www.asenathrecords.com- (2001). In 2002 "Vision" video filmed in New York City, directed/edited by Raymundo Martínez-ITESM & NY Film Academy (2002). The band also was interviewed and filmed for full hour TV show "Taller Abierto" on TV Nuevo León (2003). TORCA has been the opening guest band for international artists such as California Guitar Trio (USA), Julio Revueltas (MEX), Jaime Rosas Trio (CHILE) and Cabezas de Cera (MEX) concerts in Mexico.
