Ashia (pronounced Asia), is a fiery, young artist whose silky mix of alternative and R&B/pop styling will indoubtedly leave a mark on the music industry. During her time with MSU, Ashia had the remarkable experience of traveling throughout the United States and various other countries such as the Bahamas and the Czech Republic (Europe). Her natural talent combined with classical training is the base of a sound that is truly unmatched. Ashia’s powerful, but controlled vocals easily command the attention of every listener and always set the stage for a breathtaking musical experience.In a relitively short period of time, Ashia’s career has allowed her to share the stage with some of the greatest personalities in the music world. The who’s who list of vocalists include Patti LaBelle, James Ingram (Grammy nominated), Issac Hayes, Eddie Levert (of the O’Jays), Nancy Wilson (Grammy Award Winner), Natalie Cole, Kirk Franklin (Grammy Award winner), Lloyd, Kelly Price, Beyonce and Kelly rowland (formally of d Destiny’s Child).Spurred by her shining past, Ashia’s future is bound to be even bigger and brighter. She is currently working on her debut album in partnership with the new breakout production team Tri4ce entertainment.
