I try to stay informed about what is going on in the world, but I positively despise arguing about politics. I don't understand the need to proclaim your deeply personal views via bumper stickers, yard signs, or arguing with people who have equally deep/personal but different views. I used to be one of those, and I can't say I understood myself either.. :o
I've become a pretty boring "adult". I have a soft spot for consumer electronics (mainly PCs, but if it's shiny and expensive I can appreciate it). I always build my own PCs. I overclock what I can, as far as I can. I void warranties.
I've been a gamer since I was 3. Most of my childhood friends were pixellated or polygonal. Nowadays the bulk of my gaming consists of whatever is in my (pink!) Nintendo DS, or various retro-games. Emulation is my savior.
I used to be an artist but somewhere along the line that changed. I still get creative urges, but I can't seem to properly channel them anymore. I'm hoping that someday I'll get my groove back.
Annoying thing about MySpace.. Bradford College does not exist in their school list. I went there from 1998-1999. Anyhow, I'm somewhat of a professional student at this point. I get my first degree in December (AS). Then I'm trudging forward into the worlds of BA and MA. Then maybe I'll check out that "real" world I keep hearing people talk about. I feel like Billy Madison sometimes.

I decided to have another go at my own website (because I've been paying for a domain/hosting for the past year or two for no reason at all). Go take a look if you're bored.. but there isn't much there yet.
My secret superpower is something along the lines of being absolutely terrible at keeping in touch.. so to everyone who messages me and I respond by saying hello then falling off the planet: sorry! In the meantime, it's very likely that I will type way too damned much in every message I send.. so I think it all evens out somehow.
