Unspoken Truth comes to you from the ashes of several local bands here in SE Texas and in Laredo. SE Texas-based guitarist Brent Sharron and bassist Elton "E" Ware have played together since 2000 when they formed World of Hurt- a cover band that played a mix of Metal and Alternative covers and was very successful here in SE Texas for 4 years. Brent has been playing in metal bands and cover bands since the early eighties, in Austin, Houston, Jacksonville, FL, and here in Beaumont. Elton "E" Ware is an very talented bassist and has played in various local original bands in SE Texas including Broken Within. In early 2007, veteran drummer Chris Cook joined with them along with local guitar ace Fritz Meyers to form Unspoken Truth. After holding auditions for a short time, Brent was contacted by a friend and an amazing musician named Jesus Alonzo whom had sang with World of Hurt at their final performance. He is an unbelievable vocalist and a phenomenal guitarist from the former Laredo metal outfit Burnside. Currently he sings for 3 Foot 3, a Laredo based contemporary music cover band. He agreed to come to SE Texas to sing in the band. During auditions, we met a friend and avid supporter, Michael Cavaretta , who rehearses with the band in Jesus' absence and now he sings some of the heavier material. He has been a great help. We are hard at work to bring classic metal music back to SE Texas and Louisiana. Coming to a venue near you.
