I'm a psychologist, although I'm quick to tell people I have a life and I don't work when I'm not working. I *HATE* explaining how I'm actually normal after I tell them what I do. Seriously. I've been joking for some time that I need to tell people some other story...the one I was threatening to use didn't work so well the times I tried it, and besides, isn't all that appropriate for a family page (and this *is* a family page, really!). So I need a good cover story. Anything to not have to hear "so are you analyzing me right now?" or "my friend could really use your help" or "oh, I need to see you!" Seriously though, I really love my job and I can't imagine doing anything else.
Here's the bottom line if you want to know about me...I work REALLY hard, I love to have fun, my son is the center of my universe, he and I are "play it by ear" people, I mean it when I say I don't act like a psychologist in my real life, and I'm damn good at my job (if I may say so myself)...that's probably all you need to know if you want to know me :-)
