About Me

Write it down. Make it plain.
My name is Raphael and one day I will be a doctor saving many lives. Just you wait and see. I don't care if I'm rich or not. I want to make my life count for something.
Jesus comes first in my life. God has made my life incredible. I'm a very analytical thinker and I tend to go overboard. I've concocted various theories, and tried to dodge God in my mind, but so many signs and wonders pursued me, throwing me to the feet of Him. He isn't someone to mess around with. His grace is what keeps atheists alive everyday. I came to the realization that thinking about the existence of God is all in vain. We're still trying to find reason to the infinities of the universe and the human body itself---how much more can we rely only on our small understanding?
In Matthew 11:28-30 God speaks and says"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."
If you decide to choose this life, I encourage you to follow until the end and pursue God. He'll take you places you never would have imagined you'd go.

The God delusion.
Yeah, well there have been a number of recently published books trying to throw Christians or believers into some category, not attacking whether their faith as a whole holds water, but mostly focusing on the individual's own mindset, such as using a crutch or seeking an escape from reality in the form of Christianity. The people publishing these kinds of books are called the New Atheists. Such a title so unfitting for what they are.
Yes back in the older days, and still today many atheists will argue science and nature and astronomy with claims against deity. But at the same time there lies many facts that bolster the God argument as well. So now, this new breed of atheist, (although not really) tries to hit the believer instead.
This may sound cruel, but I haven't even read the books. I look at the title, and then I form my argument. Yes, isn't that funny. "But Raph! you should never judge a book by its cover. You can't talk about something you haven't read!"
Yes I can. All the books, every single argument and claim against God and Christianity that was published, and will ever be published, will always fall into the container the Bible talked about thousands of years prior. The container of man.
The second we make ourselves god, then we shroud our mind just like a convicted killer who knows no difference between right and wrong. Yes, it's exactly the same.
These new atheists think they're onto something. Calling believers 'deluded' to belief in a God. The moment we try and gather our own wisdom, we are made fools. That's what the Bible says. We have tried to become wise, but we have only become wise in our own minds.
Does man learn from generations past? Have we really evolved? Look at our blind hatred for one another still. Would not that hatred have died off if we know it would not have been beneficial? The same goes for anything like infidelity in marriage---things we know will not prosper us, but things that will shame us. We haven't evolved. Man is evil. Man will always be evil until they yield to Christ. Even you, who read this. I know you're probably not a convicted felon, or some guy jailed in the local prison, but you're just as worse. Your gossip kills your friend. Your hatred murders them. We'll always revert back to the old ways of the dirt that we are. We're just as stupid as a mouse who keeps going back to a cupcake rigged with voltage.
We're still dealing with the same things we dealed with centuries ago. Where is the evolution in that?
Therefore my claim is that these new atheists have no way of mentioning who's in their right mind and who isn't. To them, they are gods. They seek wisdom from themselves, instead of God. So that means, from the title, their argument is already dead. Because the real delusion is with them.
