LAUGHING AND SPENDING TIME WITH FRIENDS AND FAMILY. READING, WRITING, HIKING, SWIMMING, AND BEING A BEACH BUM WHEN I CAN BE. ALL KINDS OF CUISINE AND TRYING NEW RESTAURANTS- FOOD IS A BIG THING WITH ME. HOLIDAYS AND BIRTHDAYS, AND GENERALLY ANYTHING THAT IS A CAUSE FOR CELEBRATION. PEOPLE WHO ARE INTELLECTUAL, FUN, LAID BACK, AND A LITTLE GOOFY- IF YOU WERE KINDA NERDY IN HIGH SCHOOL WE WILL PROBABLY GET ALONG WELL. THINGS I DON'T LIKE: PRISSY, CATTY, OR SNOBBY GIRLS. MEN WHO ARE SURROUNDED BY DRAMA OR ARE CONCERNED WITH "BEING COOL." FAKE PEOPLE. FAUX NEWS. REAL FUR.Random stuff, taken from a survey:I don't eat broccoli; in fact, broccoli cannot touch any of my food, and is not welcome on my plate. I sleep au naturel. I like to cuddle, but not when I am trying to sleep. I don't sleep with stuffed animals because none of my kitties have been to the taxidermist. I don't like to iron. I hate the smell and taste of peach. My worst phobia is clowns. My favorite color is purple. I twirl my spaghetti. I always want to be at the beach. The last thing I touched was my keyboard. I prefer the window seat on a plane, simply because I want to see where I'm gonna die if we crash. And I don't know why relationships fail...if I knew the answer to that I'd be a millionaire...go ask Dr. Phil. This layout was handmade with love by the folks at My space or yours? Go get one!

My Interests

Long walks on the beach, candlelight dinners, and... wait, this isn't my Playboy interview? Well in that case eating fatty foods, napping, going outside in the rain, thunderstorms, questioning everything, spending money in the "As Seen on TV" aisle of Walgreens, miniature golf, conspiracy theories, book collecting, seashells, faeries, grocery shopping, my cats, amusement parks, random silliness and laughing too much in public (if that is possible), politics, satire, Sambuca on the rocks, riddles and codes, writing, reading, getting my news from youtube.

I'd like to meet:

A WEALTHY GAY MAN LOOKING FOR A COVER WIFE.

I also enjoy any movie with Steve Carell, and anything written and/or directed by Mel Brooks, Judd Apatow, Eugene Levy, and Christopher Guest.

Old Columbo episodes, The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Real Time with Bill Maher, Family Guy (Stewie is easily the best written character on TV), The Soup, SVU, Grey's Anatomy, Dirty Sexy Money, Private Practice, Pushing Daisies, Desperate Housewives, and Brothers & Sisters. I don't like reality TV at all.

Heroes:

I don't know that I would say I have heroes, because to me that sounds disingenous. But there are several people whose intellect and/or quick wit I greatly admire: George Carlin, Noam Chomsky, Christopher Hitchens, Richard Dawkins, Jeremy Scahill, Rodney Carrington, Mae West, Steve Martin, Flight of the Conchords, Leonardo da Vinci, Ellen Degeneres, Bill Hicks, Bill Maher, Janeane Garofalo, Chelsea Handler, Amy Goodman, Rachel Maddow, and my Mom. And my hat is off to whoever wrote these-
