J-Von his real name is Jevon, John, Raymond, Kock was born in Aruba and for 12 years he lived there until his mom decided to move to the Netherlands. Now his parents got divorced when he was 3 years old. Growing up with no brothers and sisters still people ask him how is it like to grow up with no brother and sister his answer is simple ''I never experience it so to me it was normal'' he enjoyed his own company that's one thing alot of people are missing these days they seek in many ways to get approval from somebody else but as long you don't enjoy yourself and love who you are your self esteem is going to be determent on somebody else and what they think of you. Comming to Netherlands was an terrified experience in the first months fore Jevon learning a new language most of the time he couldn't understand what the people where saying so he just nod his head like he understood it. He found himself cying at night and really longing to go back to Aruba where all his friends are. At this point of his life he longed to fit in and at age 14 he found a good friend and they began building there relationship drwawing really close to another doing alot of things together and 2 brothers came in so they became a group of 4 good friends. As they start to begin to know each other in the beginning it was all fun and games but as they grew it became a competition of who can get more girls and what kind of things the one can do that the other can't do. Most of the time they just saw a girl and start betting how much time it will take to get her.
Now all 4 of them don't know that what they are trying to do is fill a void in there heart. With the emptiness in there heart they soon find out that, that is not going to satisfied them. From age 14 to 18 they done alot of things try alot of things 3 of them start smoking drugs and drinking alcohol and they start stealing and selling drugs. From playing games they were now on the streets watching for the cops but something happend in Jevon's life that change his whole direction in life. His good friend stayed at his house one day and he asked him a really strange question to his ear he said ''Jevon let's go to church'' He start looking his friend really strange and making up excuses that he's tired and want to sleep but his friend kept asking him so he decided to go only one time. When they came there he felt the warm of the people and the love that was glowing on there faces something he never experience before he didn't know how come those people are so happy because the church he goes [about 3 times a year] there all so serious. As he sat there listening at the end of the service the Pastor called out people to come forward so he may pray for them. He didn't know what was going to happed and they both went forward wondering well we'll just see. But when the Pastor started praying with Jevon he start saying to him repeat after me ''Jesus come in to my heart'' when he said those words a warmt came over him and he starts crying for the first time in about 5 years, those tears was falling down his face and his best friend coulnd't resist but starts crying with him. He didn't know why he was crying but then realise that a change has took place and he was never going to be the same. He knew that this is real all those stories he heard about, there where no more stories but now it became absolute reality and it was the truth so he sing now the song of Jonathan Butler that Falling in love with Jesus was the best thing i've ever done. Now 2 years later he's pushing the good news in songs, in his attitude, in every opportunity that Jesus died in our place but the most important is he rose again so when you believe you will receive that life that he has came to give.LOVEMYFLASH CODE
