THE EARWIX were formed in 2001 as a noisy punk'n'roll band and ever since, fun has been the most important thing for us. Nevertheless we have advanced more and more since then and developed our own personal, distinctive style. Nowadays, we are more open towards classic hard rock, so that our sound is more catchy. We like to call this wild mixture “Gluesniffin' Booze Rockâ€.
Our passion and strength have always been and still are our live-performances. Here the contact to the audience plays the most important role. Due to the many, partly self-organized, gigs we have many supportive fans, not only at home but also abroad. Besides these gigs, we also performed together with internationally known bands, such as Electric Eel Shock, Hate Squad, Boozed, Amulet or The Turbo AC's. And of course we are still interested to play wherever a sucker is near.
