About Me

Ha ha! Where to begin... My name's Karina and I was born and raised in Texas. I'd like to think of myself as a very kind and outgoing person, but I guess it just depends on what kind of day I've had... I've been in the Army since I was 18 and I've been to a few intersting places and I've met some of the greatest people who I am lucky to call my friends. After 18 months in Washington DC, I am now in Ft. Bliss El Paso working as a nurse at WBAMC. I LOVE MY JOB! I'm incredibly proud of what I do. When I'm not working at the hospital I like to go out and do whatever is fun. You only live once, you should make the best of whatever time you have. I'm here to keep in touch with family back home and with my friends who are all over but also to meet more interesting people. I've recently learned that life throws you curve balls and the best way to deal with things is just to be flexible and work around the problem. With that being said, I've got big plans for myself and not a damn thing is going to stop me. All I want is to live an amazing and interesting life(without any drama!). I'd like to think I'm pretty mature for my age but really it's just that I try my best not to take things for granted and I appreciate the things I already have. My parents did their best to raise me right, but now I'm on my own so I'm learning life's lessons the hard way....which I think is only way. Or maybe I just don't know any better! Who really knows? lol I believe everything happens for a reason and as long as I have a good attitude, everything will turn out okay!! I don't know what else to say, I guess I'm just one of those people you'd have to stop and get to know. :-)
