Lisa Logan was born in Atlanta, GA into a very musically talented family. Her mother Betty, known to many as Betty Logan, was a successful singer and songwriter in the late 50s and early 60s. Signed with Bill Lowery and Decca Records, Betty wrote the million seller hit, "Just a Little", recorded by Brenda Lee. Lisa and her three brothers are also excellent singers, songwriters, musicians and performers in their own right, and have played and sang many times together throughout this local area and the Southeast. Their vocal harmonies are beautiful. Lisa started singing at age four. After hearing music everyday from daylight to dark, she knew at an early age that her lifelong dream was to become a Country music artist. Lisa enjoys singing, writing songs, and performing songs from the heart, and says her lifelong idol is the late great, Ms. Patsy Cline. At the age of 16, Lisa began singing with her older brother, Dean Dollar of the Dean Dollar Band, who played a lot of local night spots, corporate parties, weddings, etc. Later Lisa began performing with her brother, Jimmy Dean Chotas and the Uptown Country Band as the featured female vocalist. She received a lot of recognition from local producers and has recorded several originals. In 1993 Lisa performed at the Atlanta Country Music Awards, in which her mother and aunt, Chris (the Logan Sisters) were inducted into the Atlanta Country Music Hall Of Fame. Lisa is staying very busy with her music while she is waiting and dreaming and hoping for that big break. She stands out as a rare unique talent in a business where so many artists all begin to sound alike. Lisa loves to connect with her audience and sings and pours her heart out to her many devoted fans.
