Greetings... I am BOBBY LOONIE ... I have been performing magic, ventriloquism, balloon twisting and fun for... let's just say a LOT of years.With my Portable Stage and my SuperScooter I perform at festivals, fairs, community events and corporate functions... basically anywhere people put up with me... after all, I am professionally ridiculous! I always say that I am a "professional kid". Based in Vancouver, Canada, I have hauled my trunk full of friends (the puppets) and fun to England, France, Japan, China, the States and across Canada.I am a Past President of both of Vancouver's magic club - IBM Ring 92 and SAM Assembly 95. Canada's largest magic club awarded me trophies for Comedy Magician of The Year and Childrens' Magician Of The Year. Love to compete again but, gosh darn it, too busy workin'! (Tee hee)

Grew up playing old skool funk and dance tunes as a club DJ for over 25 years so that music and hip hop is my usual listening tunes.

Television:

My favourite movie? Serendipity because I am a romantic sap!

Heroes:

Goldfinger and Dove - my friends and mentors who kept me from going nuts in Shanghai . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Shawn and Lori Farquhar -Although I would never admit it to him (tee hee), travelling to do shows in my old van with Shawn and Lori years ago taught me more than anything I could learn from books or DVDs... about magic, performing and about driving through blinding snow to get to the next town! (I always said "I have an original show... it was originally Shawns!) . . . . AND Lou Jacobs, Harold Lloyd, Art Linkletter, Dick Van Dyke and Danny Kaye.... and last (but certainly not least) J.P.Patches!
