Anthony L. Saunders is a native of Kansas City, KS. Anthony’s parents, both accomplished musicians in their own right, encouraged and coached Anthony at a very early age to develop and perfect his gift of singing and various other musical abilities.Anthony is a self taught artist and furthered his ability at F.L. Schlagle high school. During his high school career, Anthony was well known in the school as well as the community for his musical abilities. He formed a group, Intrigue, and performed within the well known Kansas city musical community at several venues and for various audiences.After graduation, Anthony embarked on his solo career. Anthony has emerged on the Kansas City scene not only as one of the most powerful male vocalists in the community, but also as a respected pianist and guitarist. Anthony is also highly touted as a producer and engineer of his own projects and has been called on as a consultant for various artists and groups on musical projects.Now at 25, Anthony has decided to finish his freshman project, From the Ground Up. The first independently released single, ‘Come Home’, has received recognition worldwide. Anthony’s raw talent and commitment to studying and perfecting his craft shows in his distinct sound and the quality of his music. A/S, as he refers to himself musically, stands to be a major threat in the music scene.
