My name is Johnny Courville III. I'm the former drummer for BLACK OAK ARKANSAS('90-'96). I've been playing since I was a youngster! My gran-dad was the drummer for BOB WILLS TEXAS PLAYBOYS. He made the COUNTRY MUSIC HALL OF FAME in the early '80's. I also found I had that rhythm in myself at a very early age.. So, I would listen to my parents stacks of albums learning an appreciation for all types of Rock & Blues. As I got older(7th grade), I joined the school jazz band, telling my teacher that I wanted to learn to play a drum kit(for jazz band). He got the school to purchase the set. I would play before school in the music hall & entertain my friends & GIRLS!! When I turned 18 I moved to Memphis Tn. where I would eventually go on to jam w/ all kinds of types of great musicians(John Roth-WINGER)&(Stacy Michelle-KID ROCK) & I eventually landed a spot playing drums for BLACK OAK ARKANSAS. I toured ALL OVER the U.S. & Canada for 6 yrs.('90-'96). After BOA, I went to Las-Vegas to play for a ROD STEWART impersonator that took me to Beijing & Shang-Hai China,Kuala Lumpur Malaysia & Tokyo Japan. I'm now married to a "VERY BEAUTIFUL & LOVING" wife, who keeps me in line. Behind every good man is a better woman. I have a great band called MACHINE that keeps me musically full-filled at the moment. Also, enjoying a lot of time w/ my family.

I;d love to meet ACE FREHLEY (huge KISS fan)I met Gene & Paul in '83 Creatures of the Night-10th anniv. tour.My father was once a pretty big promotor/tour manager back in the day for lots of PEOPLE!! I'd also dig meeting Nikki Sixx. He's a very interesting person !!
