Open-mindedness is a key which unlocks many doors. If I don't already have an interest in something, I'm usually willing to at least try it.
Anyone who can stimulate and challenge me, and anyone who is great company and good laughs.
Better to list what I don't like, which would be all country except old school (i.e. Johnny Cash). Other than that, I can listen to anything.
LotR, Serenity, Star Wars, Star Trek, The Last Samurai, Crank, and on the list goes, but why list all of it and bore you to tears?
The Daily Show, The Shield, Stargates SG-1 and Atlantis, Battlestar Galactica, and to indulge my inner wonk, most anything on MSNBC.
Robert Jordan's Wheel of Time Saga, Musashi by Yoshikawa, and Sun-Tzu's Art of War are my favorites.
