About Me


The best thing I could say about myself is that I am In Love With Jesus Christ.It is Him in whom I am courting. I love the simple things in life.It's those things that bring me the greatest joy. My favorite moments are those long walks with the Lord. Going to the park, walking along the trail and talking to the Lord about everything. Listening as He talks to me, being completely surrounded by the beauty of His creation. Laying on a blanket, looking up at the clouds go by and sharing in His word or listening attentively as He gives me a Poem to write. Going hiking along the trails of Yosemite, the towering trees with the sun peaking through and the mountains as their back drop.The midst in the air from the cascading waterfalls in a distance. The cobble stone bridges streatching out over the babbling broke. The winding paths leading into the forest the smell of pine in the air, the birds soaring over head and the gentle zeffer breeze that caresses your forhead. Walking along the trail and talking with the Lord surrounded in the awe of His creation. It seems to put me in my proper place in relation to a Holy God. The walks along the beach at sunset, climbing to the top of the rocks sitting there with my feet dangling over the edge watching wave after wave come in and crash against the shore and recied back from whence it came. Looking out at what appears to be an endless body of water and in awe of the art work of our Lord how he paints the sky with radient color and not one sunset looks like another. The seaguls flying over head, the wind blowing through my hair......it's our time Lord....I hear you speaking.Myspace Graphics

The Bible Says in Matthew 5:10-12;Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness sake; for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad for great is your reward in heaven; for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. We as Christians in America face many hardships. Often we are shunned, laughed at, talked about behind our backs,often swimming against the flow of the mainstream. We may even experience the loss of our means of financial support for being so bold as to share Christ with fellow co-workers. In all this we should give thanks. Let us take a moment......and think about what the Bible calls Persecution. We shall experience suffering which people and institutions inflict upon us for being different in our faith, world views, culture or race. Persecution seeks to intimidate, silence, punish or even kill people. I know that we as Christians in this world face many difficulties (2 Corinthians 4:17-18 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory. while we look not at the things which are seen, but the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal: but the things which are not seen are eternal). Let us take a moment to pray and concider those Christians around the world who are experiencing the worst of that Persecution the Bible speaks of. Christians who are having to hide out in underground Churches to praise the Lord and read His Holy Word, freedoms we often take for granted. Everyday we have Brothers and Sisters who are being torchard and killed for standing firm on their faith in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
