About Me

Here's the basic rundown:

I'm not a teacher, I help kids get to where they need to be.

I do comics and write short stories on top of that.

There's a part of me that'll always be a dorky kid.

I live in Erie now. You'll see me in all types of different places around. Mostly Starbucks and Mercyhurst.

What can I say? I'm pretty awesome.

My Interests

I'm interested in things that
..well, you know what I'm probably interested in.
I'm a geek, for english, for history, and for pop culture.
I've got a head for postmodern architectual schemata, and pop art.
I'm more of a liberal than I'd really care to admit.
Et Cetera.

I'd like to meet:

If your perfect conversation involves:

1. A hypothetical robot duplicate of Lincoln.
2. "...and then it got set on fire."
3. Doctor Who.
4. Josta.
5. Failed Relationships.
6. "...There's no way that'd happen. The Flash has super speed!"
7. an interlude, for a sort of off-broadway song and dance number.
8. Coffee.

Then I think that I'd like to meet you.

Music:

The kids post up lyrics and rhymes to beatboxes and guitar solos and the world spins.
It spins to words, grammar and poetry that some'll never understand and everyone wants to recreate.
It spins to sounds that bodies shake to,
that kids fight to,
that kids hate and love to.
These are the sounds that define lives and make connections more universal.
That's what I listen to.

"Hi. I'm Chris. I write comics!" (A primer/FAQ.)

I realize that I say that phrase more and more, and while it's sort of true, it's a conversation stopper.   and yes, I'm pretentious/bored enough to put up a FAQ.   "So, do you write stuff ...
