I'm not a "funny" person; I have no real *talent* for comedy. Rest assured, if I happen to amuse you it is thoroughly by default. I am offbeat. I have an amorphous gender identity, if any. I say, and do, most everything for my own enjoyment. I value honesty, though I am a liar. I dance. I am an egotist. I am an artist. I am only one, small, person but I enjoy that. I adore my friends. I am crude, humble, loud, altruistic, ambitious, shy, lude, cold, empathetic, pretentious, shallow, introspective, misanthropic, compassionate, backbiting, sophisticated, childlike, as well as a million different things to anyone on any given day. Contradiction is my constant.http://groups.myspace.com/gendrFck

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN BEING ADDED ON TO MY FRIEND'S LIST YOU ARE GOING TO NEED TO SEND ME A MESSAGE FIRST. I get a LOT of adds, and I am not saying that to be an aggrogant little bitch. If you met me once, I'm not going to remember you or recognize you from a picture. If you KNEW me once I'M NOT GOING TO REMEMBER YOU, don't assume this. Chances are, if you're not willing to take two seconds to give me the consideration of a message, I won't add you. I'm not too keen on the idea of having 700 peoples icons on my list. I only keep people I have a connection with and enjoy talking to and/or seeing.*PS!!!! I currently have NO SOUNDCARD..so all the kindly band-friend-requests I have been getting are just sitting in my mailbox!!!! Sooo .. You might not suck (or..you might); I just haven't checked you out yet.
OK. I'm not going to list off 892154307 bands that you're already going to assume I like. What I will say is that I do listen to a pretty wide range of music, most of which would fall under one of these catagories: "goth" rock/ death metal (though, rarely these days)/ Hip Hop (yupp)/ Industrial/ Synthpop/ Trip-hop/ Funk/ Death-pop/classical/ Darkwave/ Jazz/ Motown/ 80's new-wave!!/ EBM/ Glamrock/ techo trash/folk..and yes, "Indie" (what a dirty word)/ Experimental type stuff and just plain No!se for your brain...and I think it's safe to leave it at that.
I'm a film fanatic. Generally I'm into horror/slasher films, "B" movies (because I respect the creativity it takes to pull of something great on a small budget), dark comedies, American films of the 1970's, foreign films --particually from Russia/Central Asia/Eastern Europe, and films dealing with gender issues i.e. tranvestisism/transexualism..etc. I'm also a big scifi fan.
It's horribly cliche to completely denounce television, and in all honesty I really do enjoy it when I have the time. I'm a really big fan of the majority of the programing I come across on public television, PBS. I.E. I am a huge geek and love both scientific and socio-political documentaries as well as classic British comedies. and.. I AM A HUGE TREK FIEND!! GIVE ME DS9 OR GIVE ME DEATH!!Ever want to scream until your throat bleeds? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I enjoy a good book more than anything, and I have a *TON* of favorites. When it comes to works as novels my top three would have to be Middlesex (Jeffery Eugenides), White Noise (Don DeLillo), and Slaughter House - Five (Kurt Vonnegut). They are all extremely impactful works. ((({{And of course, Noam Chomsky
I had some influential people listed here..but then someone hacked into "My"-space, and replaced them with their own version of who should be my heros.Just like life, eh?But really, aside from the world of comic books, heros don't exist. Patterning yourself after another flaw-prone human being is pointless. However, there are a few people I admire deeply, those people being (in no particular order); Frederick Engels, Alice Dreger, Karl Marx, Noam Chomsky, Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, Jeffery Eugenides, Michael Parenti (what a gentleman), and hopefully the list will continue to grow.
You Are 70% Boyish and 30% Girlish
You are pretty evenly split down the middle - a total eunuch.
Okay, kidding about the eunuch part. But you do get along with both sexes.
You reject traditional gender roles.
You don't try to be what people expect you to be.
How Boyish or Girlish Are You?Friends are priceless. I'm lucky enough to have a few extremely beautiful, highly intelligent ones.
