I like music of any nature, as long as it's from the heart. I'm an avid reader & hockey enthusiast, and I most thoroughly enjoy watching how people behave in public - the entertainment never stops.
I'd love to sit down with Mel Brooks, pick James Lipton's brain, chat and improv with Ryan Stiles and/or Colin Mochrey (sp?) from 'Whose Line is it, Anyway?', Tarantino, Dan Rowan (of Laugh-In fame), Scorsese, Kevin Smith would be a hoot (as well as Mewes, O'Halloran and Anderson), and if I could bring someone back from the great beyond for one conversation it would be author John D MacDonald, who had his finger, and his mind, on the pulse of society.
DeNiro, Grodin, Farina, et al in "Midnight Run" (my over and over and over movie), The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (Badges??), The Godfather, any and all of the Kevin Smith collection, Animal House ("The Germans?", "Forget it, he's rollin'".), The Usual Suspects, Crash, The Notebook, anything Scorsese ever LOOKED at...(to be continued)
Current - Jeopardy and other intellectual game shows, Numb3rs, any of the Law & Order family, The Unit, the original CSI, Without a Trace, Criminal Minds, King of Queens, Two and a Half Men...just don't give me any of that stinkin' 'reality' shit.Classic - Cheers, Seinfeld, All in the Family, Sanford and Son, M*A*S*H, The Rockford Files, Get Smart, Starsky and Hutch, Magnum PI, Barney Miller...
Any and all of Neil Peart's bio/travelogues, the Spenser, Jesse Stone and Sunny Randall series by Robert B Parker, currently reading the Ross Malone series by Jeffrey McGraw, Clive Cussler's Dirk Pitt, Ed McBain's 87th Precinct, John D MacDonald, Robert Ludlam, Lee Child, Jeffrey Deaver, Peter Gent's 'North Dallas 40' and 'North Dallas After 40', etc...this is another list that I will be adding to at some point.
