just Ed, thanks...

So here I am, and you are looking at my page. I guess I am supposed to write something profound. On myspace, nope, who am I kidding? Maybe something akin to a commercial representing who I am and what I am about? Damn that! How does that even work? New and improved Ed: whitens teeth, clears skin and isn’t harmful to the environment. No. That isn’t right. Doesn’t even hit the smallest nuance. So here are the basics. I am sarcastic, arrogant, positive, upbeat, stubborn and loyal to the last. I have a low tolerance for ignorance and stupidity and appreciate intelligence and great conversation. I have a warped sense of humor, which sometimes gets me in trouble, but I am quick enough to find my way out. I have always learned things the hard way, but I wouldn’t have it any other way because I truly value a good life lesson. I am a complex person who loves sophisticated people. I have very few true friends, but that is because I am very picky on how I use that label. Oh I have plenty of acquaintances, but that isn’t the same, is it? I have experienced a decent amount in my years, but I am always open to try new things, meet new people and continuing to learn. I think it’s a problem when people close their minds to new ways of thinking and experiences. They don’t realize we are ever-changing throughout our lives. Having a closed mind gets you nowhere. I love being social, going out, having drinks and being around people. I work hard, and play hard. I also constantly try to stay active and in shape which includes running, swimming and lifting weights. But on the flipside, I can spend a rainy day reading in bed or watching good movies. I also have no qualms about relating that I can be a goofy nerd.So hopefully this painted a picture, illustrated my personality or what-the-f-ever.
