Saxophonist, DJ, french music producer
Born in 1978 , in the southside of France , he started to learn music eversince he was 7 in the conservatoire ,then he started practicing the sax at 8.He is 15 when he's initiated to Jazz music by Mr Yvan Belmondo then he went to the Solies Toucas school of Music(Lionel et stephane Belmondo, Michel Petrucciani) where he learnt how to compose and arrange with Phillippe Sempere, he founded several Jazz bands ,Jazz fusion bands,Jazz rock with some childhood friends like Michel Gagliolo, Bertand Hennet, Laurent Lamberti, Sylvain Ghio, Michel Saurin (dj Mitch LJ) among others , these bands were inspired by different musicians as Frank Zappa ,Return to Forever, Weather Report and Herbie Hancock.
In 1999 he makes his first night club show at the Mai Tai in Bandol, he made a few shows in some clubs in the southside of France (le Night - Hyeres, le Métal Café - Marseille, le Bar du Soleil ou le Starnight - Toulon).He ‘s remarked by Stan Courtois at the Bodega in St Tropez, He starts to produce music for Def2Def ("All Right", "My Life is Burning", Angie Rose, Jean Roch (etc)).Felly learns Djing by doing the warmups for Dj Stan in several shows that makes him face the audience “for real” (in St Tropez (Nikki Beach, Vip Room, Papagayo, Les Caves du roy, l'Octave Café) in Moscow (Cabaret) passing by Paris (Locomotive), Marseille (Bazar, Millenium), or New York (Pink Elephant).
During this period Felly worked as a producer ,composer,arranger,remixer and sound technician for artists like Tragédie (R'nB), Koba Ali (Hip Hop), Lord William (Ragga), Jean Roch (Can You Feel It), Suggar Daddy (Ragga), Dis l'heure de Zouk ("Laisse parler les gens"). He composes With Stan Courtois (Dj Stan) a few tracks("The Violin", "War", "Feel the rythm and dance", "Forever" ) well known by some Djs around the globe .
He joined in 2002 the “Studio 54” tour with DJ Bacho Mangual (resident at the Studio 54 1978-1982) produced by Def2def with Stan Courtois and Faze Dynamik,they were joined later by Sandy Duperval ,Remy de Coudenhove and Joao de Braziou the tour passe by Marinha Grande (Portugal), VIP Room (St Tropez), Papagayo (St Tropez), Nikki Beach (Atlantic City), Cabaret (Moscou), Karrément (Monaco), le Millenium (Marseille), La Grange (Courchevel) and soon by New York, Dubai, Suisse (Summer 2007).
He was resident at the Decidement in Montpellier (august 2005 to january 2006) ,then at the Carré Coast in Biarritz, from february to june 2006 , then at “L' Opale” in Biarritz during the summer 2006.He joined that same year the Webradio : ( www.groovesession.com ) Dj team fonded by Franck Deschamps , Felly is on evry Sunday at 00h GMT mixing Deep house and Soulful.
In Biarritz he colaborates with Jean Luc Deletage (ex Dj in Carré Coast, La Grange) on several tracks ("Miss You", "Woom Sax" and “Fashionista” among others).
