DJ Circle

Fabian Wondrak aka DJ Circle had his first contact with electronic music when he was about 10 years old. He programmed and composed his first beats on an old drum machine and old keyboards. Despite formal training in classical piano- and cello, he began to collect his first house records, buy DJ-equipment and to install a small home studio at the age of 16. The following year he started Djing deep vocal house at bars in the surrounding area of Munich. Developing his taste for jazz & nujazz, Fabian discovered he could fuse his jazz & funk piano elements into his own productions. His production ....This love is real, a deep vocal house track, with vocals by Jazz singer Kathi Winklbauer, won him a record deal with Realbasic Recordings Munich. As a DJ, Fabian has developed his own programme. His sets move from lounge, (nu)jazz and latin to deep & funky vocal house. His productions range from deep funky house, to nu- and classic jazz. Following his first Realbasic-release, he arranged and played horns and keyboards for Shik Stylkø..s O Amor. His second single on realbasic ....Call it a day.... was licensed for the new Mr Mike Compilation!After the split of Realbasic, Fabian is working on new projects and tracks and has launched his own label TriCircle Recordings with artists like Christian Hornbostel (Soulfuric), Central Avenue , Greg Kozo , Shola Phillips , Simon Green .
