Hey friends, what’s up? For those who don’t know me and are just out browsing the net my name is Gerry. I live here in northern Michigan with my wife and our son. We live on the Lake here in Lake City. I originally got on MySpace to monitor what my son was doing on his page, but I’ve grown to like it, it’s a fun way to stay in touch. Well I’m 43 I grew up on Detroit’s west side (7 mile rd). My parents moved us up here (to Marion) back when I was in jr high and I graduated from high school there. After graduation me and a buddy took off for Texas, I worked there for awhile then went up to Wyoming and found work. I finally came back (no place like home) and started working in Cadillac for BorgWarner TS (formally Kysor), I’ve been there ever since, 24 years. I am a Quality Technician for the cooling systems company. My life is pretty much my son, football (I’ve coached the last three years), motocross (which I’ve also taken up), basketball, baseball, and Cadets (I’m a leader). I also spent five years as high school youth leader. My hobbies are art, I love anything artistic. I have painted several full wall murals. I have also done some chain saw carvings. I like to travel, I’ve been to Mexico three times and also to Panama, and of course Canada but that doesn’t count we live next to it. I’ve Visited Mayan ruins in the Ucatan, and stayed with a group of natives way back in the jungles of Panama. But we make most of our travels locally to the UP, I love the north country. I like to water ski in the summer, I have a ski boat, and I like to downhill and cross country ski in the winter (especially Vail). I also like to hunt, fish and go 4 wheel’en. I have also taken meany trips to the Great Lakes with jetskis and even solo sky dived from 2500 ft.
