KontaK is a busking emcee, doing the rounds in Kings Cross Bayswater Road focusing primarily on freestyle. I plug a mic and MP3 player with beats into an 80 watt bass amplifier. I've been busking for 4 years and a single busking night (3-4 hrs) Pays for 2 weeks of rent. I don't get too political most of the time when I'm busking.. i just have fun, but when it comes to tracks I don't really wanna waste time talking shit so I tend to dig more into issues. I make my own beats, using fruity loops for the actually drumbeat then I play bass and guitar plus a bit of keys and lay down the shit live using cubase. I grew up playing instruments and played in bands long before rapping so it helps in making trax.
