I've had an intrest in music since a very young age and have always loved all genres, wether it be soul or jazz, hip-hop or r&b, or even rock. All music in my opinion is an inspiration.My favourite genre of music is and has for along time been hip-hop, it started with 2pac and through his music i ddiscovered other artists such as; Jay-Z, Kanye West, Roots Manuva, Nas, Fabolous, Pharoah Monch, Ludacris, The Roots, Q-Tip, Method Man & Redman. After listening to the unique sounds of hip-hop for some years, i decided to buy a pair of turtables this is where i became more inspired. Djing gave me a whole new perspective on music and i started to become more interested in the production side of hip-hop. I now have a few pieces of production kit but my main tool is my computer, although i would love to get some better equipment i lack the money for it. A computer is a brilliant music making tool on its own but it would be nice to have other things to give a bigger variation of sounds that i can use.Thats basically it, i'm saving for equipment though and in September i am going to study music tech at Bedford college.
