For over 5 years MODU has been bringing our artistic vibes and imagination to life on garments, walls, transport and anyting we can get our hands on. We believe in challenging ourselves and try to make our creations thought-provoking and untamable. Members Of Da Undaground started with 2 members Irate & Munch who meet in Stratford Theatre Royal back in da day when crews like so solid & pay as you go were the biggest garage collectives around. bwoy times have moved on and this reflects on their art. Irate is an old skool dude and enjoys encapturating the classic vibes of graffiti and afrocentric art. Munch is of da nu skool flava incorporating vibrant modern styles and fresh edgy & imaginative new creation. Together this is the perfect compliment for world wide art domination. ..

My Interests

Offically we sell the best TapeChains in the Universe. We have the widest range of colours, styles and slogans. This is the ultimate 2008 accessory, funky fresh and goes with everyting. The heat on the street is at boiling point at the moment and we would like to thank all our supporters and customers who got there TapeChains in 2007. You've made history, and at least you can officially say 'i've been rocking a TapeChain from day !'

I'd like to meet:

Especially with clothes designing MODU have had more opportunities to bring their art to the forefront and in a cheeky evolution we were rebels of the art community and tshirts became our canvas. Its great cos every1 relates and wears t-shirts so irate was like "lets call dis ting tshirt art. It sounds jazzy and is my xcuse when i can't afford a canvas". And now its a great promotional tool to hand out to musicians and other artists. So many lucky performers out there have been blessed with MODU tshirt art and MODU and very thankful for them wearing and promoting there hardworking efforts. Artists like Shystie, Jazzie B, Babycham, Bruza & Triple, Jammer, Flowdan, Trim, Plastician, Ryder, Napper, Ms Dynamite, RaggoZulurebel, H2O And heartless crew are among the list of high profilers we've designed for. And theres more names we would be honoured to do a thing for.

Music:

2008, will see MODU's 1st Musik art project. Its spans MODU's 7 year journey of art, imagination and Underground life. Audio & visually masterminded by Irate it will include and incapulsate sounds and vibes that will burst your eardrums and beat up your soundsystem. All your'l be left to say is ... WoW ! It's Da Bassment Level (the name of the project)

Television:

At last our garments have been getting some Overground airtime. We had some Free Rudy T-shirts make an appearance in this year's smash hit Dubplate Drama. And Shystie wore a TapeChain on E4's freshly sweeshed.
