About Me

My name is Janice Datu. I have been shooting professionally for about 2 1/2 years now. I got my start into the photo profession as an event/ concert photographer. From there I expanded to band promos, fashion shows, maternity shoots, babies, senior portraits and everything in between!Up until 4 or 5 months ago i began to venture into the world of modeling. As you have noticed i am still young and still getting my feet wet in every department photography has to offer to figure out what i really want to do with my life. All i know is that i love what i do, i love making people feel great about themselves and i especially enjoy building relationships with my clients. I feel that i have a lot to prove for being so young and i was raised by very traditional parents that believe there can be no future in photography, so that pretty much lit the fire under my toosh to really take control and steer myself in the right direction!

My Interests

I thoroughly enjoy photography and intend on pursuing it as a career. I specialize in band photography and do portraits as well. Other than photography i enjoy the outdoors; biking, tennis, basketball, and running around with my puppy.. ;) My fave tv show is Family Guy... I am currently addicted to beef jerky and mashed potatoes, i cant seem to get tired of em'.. ;) Heres a few samples of my work, critiques and comments invited =)Thank you to all my clients, thanks for aiding my journey on my pursuit of my dream..
