Engineer (born Asim Jenkins July 21th 1987), I got that name from the way I make my music, from the ground up and from following in my dads footsteps of being an engineer. I grew up my whole life in St.kitts, where i played football in my early days. Through many ups and downs such as a vehicle accident plus many playing injuries i was unable to continue playing the game which i love with my heart, but with every tear there is a smile behind it. The time that used to be occupied by playing football i now use it plus more in the production of my music. music is not just music to me. It is an expression of the pain i feel, the happiness i feel all rolled up into a final product of Engineer Beats. I only started to take the production thing serious a year ago but dont take my late start for granted. Im discipline dedicated and determined (lox). my goal with the music is to produce music for people world wide who put there heart into music and one day bring that industry back to my home country. Im 21 years of age but feel that im around 60 by the experiences i have gone through. my time is NOW and im prepared for the bumps along the way, tommorow is another day i always say, so it will all be good.
