About Me

..[if !IE] First off, if you want to be my friend and we don't know each other already, you damn well better send me a message introducing yourself or it's going straight to the trash.
This is where I hire my narsacistic personality to pop out and write a fancy little tag for everyone to read and pretend to drool over. I think I'll pass on that for the time being, but I will at least take the time to write something. I am slightly mad, but I know I am mad. This usually helps and seems to smooth things out. I am currently occupying my musical mind singing/writing for Specimen, working on side projects with the hopes of reinjecting life into Plastination, doing interaction/web design during the day, and planning the big projects of film and sound that may or may not ever come to fruition.By the way, I haven't edited my "about me" section since I created this account...except once to mention the whole Specimen thing. I think instead of doing much else I'll just attach a preview to an amazing movei:

My Interests

Music, art & Tech. Was getting a kick out of banging on a guitar while singing, but have lately gotten back to writing and singing while producing on the side. I think I might get back into painting, but still enjoy doing graphic arts for my projects. Random acts of fun are highly recommended.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone down to earth, fun, exciting, in-tel-eh-meh-jent, funny, and just good to be with and have Good Times. If you are a musician and want to work together, let me know. I need a partner for Hooks'n'Heels and I might also be looking to get Plastination back together in some form, but am also looking to get more into production. Feel free to drop me a line if you have a desire to bang pots and pans, or a gong, and get it on.

Music:

Eclectic taste, to say the least: Dub, Dub Mission, Lee Scratch Perry, Devil Dub, Ben Wa, Glam, David Bowie , T Rex, Iggy Pop, Love'n'Rockets, ol' Roxy Music, Brian Eno, Old Country, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, Various styles, Charlie Rich, Outkast, The Darkness, Kleris, Peaches, Fantômas, Einsturzende Neubauten, The Clap Band, Joy Division, Minor Threat, Pig, Pigface, KMFDM, Kermit the Frog, Parliment, Ramones, Placebo, The Near Dark, The Vanishing, Tones on Tail, Grant Lee Buffalo, and of course the obligitory Plastination, St. Turpentine and 5000 Fingers.

Movies:

Brazil, Ring, The Omen, Time Bandits, The Godfather, Gattaca, The Big Labowski, Shakes the Clown...

Television:

I like the TV on static for ambient lighting.

Books:

Master of Space and Time, White Light, Dune, Hitch Hikers Guide, Kitchen Confidential, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, ...

Heroes:

We can be heroes, just for one day.
