About Me

Let me see..where do I start? Well, I am a proud Colombian who lived most of my life in Jersey. I just recently moved to Florida in the search of less stress, more fun and sun. I am outgoing, friendly and energetic. My motto in life is to laugh and make someone laugh. There's nothing more enjoyable than to be silly and have fun no matter what your age. Although I am 30 years old, I still feel 20 inside. I am happily married to the love of my life. He's brought just the twist I needed to make a crazy life normal again. As a Leo, I am a very hard lioness to tame and I guess it took another lion to achieve that. Grrrrr. At this time in my life, I am trying to make my dreams come true with the help of my loved ones. I work hard at what I want to achieve because I know that's the only way to get somewhere in life. As to what do I do? Well, I am one of those people who can be anything and everything. I find the talent to whatever crosses my path in life. But I do have a passion for art, painting and murals in particular. It's my oasis from an otherwise hectic life. It would be a dream come true to do it for a living. I'm not there yet but I am getting close to it. I guess my second favorite thing is art related so it would make sense...I also have a love for interior decorating. There's nothing more gratifying then making your home, regardless of how large or small, your own paradise. I am in the midst of going to school for my bachelors to pursue the career of my life. Okay..so there you have it...all about me in a nut shell.

Books:

I wasn't much of a book reader until I read an excerpt of Sandra Brown's "The Crush" in a magazine. I read the small piece and I had to go buy the book. After that, there were countless nights when my eyes were glued to the book and I fell into it's spell. It wasn't until I read "The end" that I remember feeling the release from it. It was an incredible feeling to pick up a book and be so mesmerized by it that you become entirely absorbed. Since then, I have read 12 of her books and I have about 5 new ones to read. I love how she combines suspense and romance and creates this cold chill in your body and hot rush at the same time. Have I conviced you to try one out yet?I am mostly into painting and home decorating so in my personal library you will surely find Debbie Travis, Better Homes and Garden and Shabby Chic. And of course, art books galore. My all time favorite artist, Mr. Salvatore Dali. Strange individual....but aren't we all?
