N8oberfest

EVERYTHING YOU WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT ME BUT ARE AFRAID TO KNOW... you know? For starters, I was born at a very young age. As I grew up... HA HA HA! Me? Grown up? Oh, that was a good one! I'm pretty much the biggest kid you'll ever meet. I was born in Quezon City, Philippines then moved to San Francisco when I was 10. I've bounced back and forth the last couple years living in Park City, Utah (the best place in the country to snowboard) and the beautiful island of Maui (best place in the country to whatevs... come for a visit and see).~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My name is N8 Castro (but I'll answer to either part) but really, I'll answer to almost anything. Here are a few names that people currently use: N8 Dogg (written as N8K9), N8ster, N8rs, N8tron, N8rater, Natey N8, Niggity N8 (as you can see, any derivation of N8 will work, and I strongly urge creativity), NOcho (en Espanol), Laotian ("The ocean?" -Hank Hill), Little Kid (for obvious reasons), Sharkbait N8, Drizzle (or Da Drizz), N8 Inchez (cuz N8-and-3/4-inches is too long... to say), Nasty N8 or even Miss Jackson (if YOU'RE nasty).......... I'm a true Libra. I seek balance through harmony (fairness, equality, etc. etc.). I'm not indecisive, I just constantly (I mean, CONSTANTLY!) make contradicting deciscions. I'm a social butterfly but value everyone I meet. I definitely let my emotions get the better of me, which is why my constant deciding is usually contradictive. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I like random acts of silliness. I am constantly looking for my wallet or keys or both. I tend to repeat myself. My family and my closest friends are the most important people to me... I will do pretty much anything for them... anything. I'm a child of the 80's. I'm crazy-insane in the membrane. I'm like a hip-hop song you know. I dance with myself. I love to sing, but only in my car or the shower. I was once a recruit of the KISS Army. I tend to repeat myself. I live my life like a TV show (comedy/action/adventure/reality/variety - no drama!) although I'm not really into TV that much right now (I go through phases). I hella say "Hella". I have many different personas, but I'm not schizophrenic (we swear we aren't!). I sleep with my eyes open. I love being a dork, but not being nerdy. I like my coffee like my women (draw your own conclusions). I like long walks off short piers. I like big butts and I cannot lie. I like the nightlife, I like to boogie. I hate haters. Okay, here's the scoop. There is a hill in San Francisco that I've wanted to conquer on a skateboard. My last night in SF (this trip), I got some courage (with a little liquid help) and bombed it. With much success, regardless of 20 mph speed, I kept going past the next block... then the next... then the next. Soon I was on my 7th downhill block going about 40 mph feeling pretty comfortable with the speed and board control (that's a great board, Brianne), all this while wearing a new red YSL shirt I found at a used cloths store in The Haight, ESDJCO sweats, green Havaianas flip-flops, hand-made hella long wool scarf, and white Dragon beanie (same one in the pic); gotta roll in style, yo. Well, approx. 30 feet before entering a green light, the only car out that morning pulled up and changed the light. As it entered the intersection (his light had turned green, making mine a quick yellow-red), I tried to avoid the car but was going to fast. As the car picked up speed, WHAM BAM THANK YOU MAN... we collided! My injuries are as follows: broken thumb (hard to write or type or anything); bruised ribs (hard to breath deep, cough, sneeze, burp, get in and out of bed, or move in general); sore and stiff neck; left black eye; abrasions on left eyebrow, cheekbone, chin, chest, and knee. My snowboarding season is over (had to cancel boarding trips to Mt. Baker, Mt. Hood and Lake Tahoe)! I'm in recoup for about 6-8 weeks. Will be back in Maui by then, hopefully well enough to surf, and of course, skate again. Thanks for your well wishes. They are truly appreciated. And for all the you-shouldn't-be's, well, thanks for your concern (I DO appreciate that too), but it's the life I choose to enjoy.
