A SALUTE TO THOSE, WHO ARE VISITING MY MICROCOSM!

About Me

The neccessary, potential impossibilities of music. To discover that constraints and try to overcome them, that's my credo.
Sure, it is sometimes like a strip-tease, sometimes a fiction and sometimes just a touch from a muse. But I love that fight of fun and discipline, of hard basic work and inspiration, of innermost vacuum and exploding ideas. That's why I do music for over a decade now.
First as D.I.R.K., to have a starting point, then the successful ongoing collaboration with Christian Bahr in the electro band BAHR:NEUMANN since 2001. In the meantime some dance-tunes for fun and experimental purposes as Uncle Dee and some soloprojects under my own name as a new direction and somekind of homecoming as myself. But these projects are not closed source.
Right now I'm concentrating on BAHR:NEUMANN and and after long months of arduous, but also full of relish work, our new album HEAVEN SENT is on sale.
Hope that you like it!
Think, it's was an evolutionary step in our band history.
Songs and album HEAVEN SENT are available on i-Tunes and Napster for a download in all well-known digital formats; in addition vou can order the audio CD (professionally produced and with a 4 pages booklet) on the website of BAHR:NEUMANN (we send worldwide).
See also our MySpace-Site: www.myspace.com/bahrneumann for further informations
My music, the sound-design and my intentions are purely electronic. Why? Because it's nearly without borders, it has the scent of an experiment and, oh yeah, it is absolutely common now. But I always want to stay open-minded. So I'm looking forward to endeavor new neccessary, potential impossibilities.
