About Me

Laura Miller & doublesix (yes, it's spelt as one word with a lower-case 'd') began life as a studio project between Laura Miller & Flipside Productions, which soon evolved into a whole band with the inclusion of all of the session musicians involved in the project as through playing, everyone's unique style of musicianship somehow seemed to find a place...

The sound lands somewhere between the grounds of rock guitars, vintage synths, drum breaks and an intensely unique vocal sound as well as the odd bit of vinyl scratching, "bar room" piano, drunken yodelling and even someone playing the spoons, thrown in for good measure.
We've recently finished our first EP 'All Work & No Pay' and you can catch us gigging around London on the dates above... but for now, check out the music on the player and let us know what you think - we're always open to feedback!
