Robin

I'm an undergraduate history major at Texas State University, because to know where we're going, we must know where we've been. I play bass in a rock band called SunMachine, and I'm a cellist of no mean skill. Between the two, I hope to take a permanent hiatus from day jobs. I am an informal student of religion and philosophy. I wonder each day why we are here, myself especially; if someone has a definitive answer, I'd like to hear it. My brain is a repository of useless trivia on books, music, movies, and the subtle yet powerful effects they have in shaping our thought processes. I distrust authority because authority is human too, but doesn't realize it. I hope to one day publish my collected writings so they can sit on the back shelf at Half Price where no one would think to look for them, and to be president. I know that pigeons are planning a secret overthrow of the government. If you don't believe me, just listen carefully to any group you pass; all they talk about is, "Coup, coup!"SunMachine
