Never too young to die.....

About Me

King'sForceHolyMatum has been in the making for 20 years. This band is comprised of 3 guys who have played together along the way. Robert is the only member who has been in all 4 bands that make up the name, King'sForceHolyMatum. These bands are: King's Knight, Angelic Force, Holy Sacrifice, and Ultimatum. Greg played with Robert in King's Knight and Ultimatum, while John played in Holy Sacrifice and helped start Ultimatum. The music is all old school metal the way it was before all the screaming and rapping metal took over. This band is about reliving those memories of old.
Current KingsForceHolyMatum line up is:
John Carroll- Drums
Greg Dingess-Bass
Robert Gutierrez- Guitar-Vocals
A History of the bands -From Robert-
Hi all thought I'd take you on a journey through time. There were several others involved in all the bands I'd like to add that made their contributions to the music and became some the best friends and musicians I have ever had the opportunity to play with. some of these members I have not tracked down due to time or just moving on in life but I'm glad to say I've kept up pretty well with most of them.
My first band right from High school in 1985 had taken on a few names we went from calling ourselves "The Band" (I know real original) to "Vision" then "Kings Knight" is the name we stuck with. We were learning as musicians and we were pretty good, young, naive and girl crazy! ha! We did a few shows scared a few local church deacons. We used to practice on sundays after church and the pastor would come out yelling at us because we were too loud. Hmnn thats seems to be the case even now were still too loud. Anyway..And that was the beginning of my tinitis (ringing in the ear) problem..We even did a Cover of Saints "Warrior of the Son". Spandex and Praschute pants were the in thing around us and lots of bandannas. We had fun back then we goofed off a lot but wrote some decent songs. There was a 3 song Demo recorded to this day it is under lock and key by me. he he ...
Those members were..
Myself (Robert) Guitar
John Padilla -Vocals
Greg Dingess -Guitar
Ron Garcia -Bass
Rick Padilla -Drums
Angelic Force was formed in 1987 A very Melodic styled Hard Rock/Metal band. We went through a few member changes but here's the ones that made the cut.. The early part of the band - Joe Whitford-Guitar, Myself (Robert)-Guitar, Randy Rubio -Drums, Stacy Carerra -Vocals, Rory McManus -Bass. Soon after the departure of Randy and Rory entered Joseph Olona on Drums and Joey Anaya on Bass. We did a live show on a local Christian television station channel 11 and had some mixed reviews from some "concerned" Parents called in about our style of music but thats Rock n roll for ya. Believe it or not we never did any other shows probably due to the short time we were around. Joe Whiford soon left and Joseph Olona as well. Steve Trujillo became the next Guitarist Judd Willhyte became the next bass player and Rick Campbell was the next drummer.
Angelic Force put out one ST full length Album on Cass in 1988 and a 3 song demo in 1989. Angelic Force disbanded shortly after.
The later Line up was:
Stacy Carerra-Vocals
Robert Gutierrez-Guitars
Steve Trujillo-Guitars
Judd Willhyte- Bass
Rick Campbell-Drums
In 1990 I Started Holy Sacrifice It was a bit heavier but still very Melodic Former Drummer from Angelic Force Randy Rubio had a great Geoff Tate styled voice I called him up to join the band and Steve Trujillo From Angelic Force Also Joined on Guitar. On Drums entered John Carroll (Peak Productions). We didnt really have a Permanent Bass player but we did a lot of local shows at a place called Metal Church out of Calvary Chapel we were the odd ball band there because most of the Calvary bands were thrash or punk we played melodic Metal so the crowds were rough but we made it through. There were several garage recordings on tape made from various practices but none were ever professionally recorded. Holy Sacrifice survived through 1991.
The later line up was:
Randy Rubio-Vocals
Robert Gutierrez-Guitars
John Carroll- Drums
Steve Trujillo- Guitars
In 1992 John Carroll and I Started Ultimatum. We basically rehashed old Angelic Force and Holy Sacrifice Tunes until we had enough original material. We were a three piece at first I sang and played Gutiar John Carroll on Drums and Greg Dingess (from Kings Knight) on Bass, Steve Trujillo then joined on Guitar. John Later Left to persue his Degree and Rick Campbell (Angelic Force) filled in temporarily on Drums. Only After the arrival of Scott Waters who filled the Vocal position. Then Mike Lynch became the permanent drummer. Greg Left to Finish College and marry his bride soon after Joey Anaya did some filling in on Bass and Later Tom Michaels became the Full time bass player. Don't worry its winding down now...WHEW!.. Soon Tom left and so did Mike Lynch to finish his college degree. In Oct 96 Sean Griego became the full time drummer and Rob Whitlock filled the bass position in 2002. Later in Dec 2005 Steve Trujillo resigned. Then in Jan 2006 Augustine Ortiz Jr became the next guitarist but was only temporary he left in Sept 2006 had to move to Indiana.
The Current Line up of Ultimatum is:
Scott Waters-Vocals
Robert Gutierrez- Guitars
Allen Tuma- Drums
Rob Whitlock- Bass
